About Congress Committee

Congress Committee is a group of people carefully selected from all over the world to run the congress. They are in charge of all aspects of organizing the International Congress, including fund raising, transport, merchandise etc. This year`s CC is composed of nearly 40 individuals from 20 countries. They will work closely together to make IC the best AIESEC conference ever and therefore provide an experience of the highest value for delegates and corporate and professional partners.

Team Structure

There are three main groups within the CC: Executives, Teamleaders and Teamsters. There are 6 Teamleaders: Human Resources, Reception, Social Events, Transport, Logistics & IS and Study Tour.
More then 120 AIESEC members from all corners of the globe applied to be a part of the Congress Committee this year, and after the long selection process, the best 25 of them were chosen (check teamsters area to see who are they).

The Dates

Teamleaders will be in Belgrade from July 10th until September 10th. Teamsters will be in Belgrade from August 10th until September 10th.

Costs

All members of the Congress Committee are responsible for their travel to get to Belgrade. Accomodation before and during the Congress are provided by the Congress Committee.
