Please read the following text carefully in order to avoid possible
challenges in the visa process!
Since we got the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
all delegates approved by AIESEC International will get their
visa in a really short time period. However, due to a current
political situation globally, it may take up to 15 days to process
your visa in our Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Also, all delegates
have to have the invitation letter from the Congress Committee,
which will be sent when we receive the list of approved delegates
from AI.
Even if many countries may enter Serbia&Montenegro by buying
the tourist pass on the border, our Ministry of Foreign Affairs
requires all delegates of International Congress 2003 to have
a regular visa (this is due to the current situation globally).
Also, even if some countries may enter Montenegro without visa,
those still have to have the proper visa to enter Serbia. Also,
you cannot enter Serbia & Montenegro from Kosovo (even if
you have proper visa), so if a travel agency offers you a ticket
to Pristina (Kosovo), ignore it and ask for a ticket to Belgrade.
Of course, there are a number of countries which residents don’t
need visa to enter Serbia&Montenegro (find the list below).
Once approval from AIESEC International has been granted, the
letters will be forwarded to you.
Countries whose nationals may enter Serbia and Montenegro without
a visa:
ARGENTINA, BELARUS, BOLIVIA, BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA, BULGARIA, CHILE,
COSTARICA, CUBA , HUNGARY, JAPAN, MACEDONIA, MEXICO, ROMANIA,
SAN MARINO, SEYCHELLES, TUNISIA
For countries whose nationals do need visa to enter Serbia &
Montenegro:
